About the role
Manage and grow organic + paid social presence for 20 active clients across 8 platforms using AI tools, strategic content, and Meta Ads lead generation.
As our Social Media Specialist, you'll manage and grow the social media presence of up to 20 active clients across 8 major platforms. You'll combine creative content strategy with AI tools and Meta Ads to drive organic engagement and paid lead generation — handling content, ads, coordination, and reporting for each client independently and on time.
This role rewards a creative, data-driven professional who can develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, coordinate effectively with designers and video editors, and deliver measurable results through both organic growth and paid advertising campaigns.
Key performance indicators
- Client retention rate — maintaining strong relationships across all managed accounts.
- Organic engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves) per client.
- Monthly follower growth across managed social handles.
- Lead volume and Cost Per Lead (CPL) from Meta Ads campaigns.
- Timely content delivery as per approved content calendars.
- Accuracy and quality of monthly performance reports.
