- Use Zoho Social for multi-channel scheduling and building performance dashboards
- Conduct weekly competitor analysis across 3–5 competitor brands in our industry
Learning Path — Month by Month
- Month 1: Onboarding, brand voice study, content calendar basics, shadowing senior team members, first 10 independent posts published
- Month 2: Full calendar ownership for 1–2 accounts, first Meta Ads campaign setup, weekly reporting with your own observations and recommendations
- Month 3: Multi-account management, performance improvement project, portfolio review, and internal presentation of results to the leadership team
Who Should Apply
This internship is best suited for students pursuing or recently completing a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, MBA Marketing, or BBA. You do not need prior professional experience. What matters most is that you actively use social media, understand what makes content perform, and can commit to a structured work schedule. Final-year students from Patna and Bihar colleges are especially encouraged to apply.
If you have managed a personal Instagram page, a college society account, or any brand's social media — even informally — that counts as relevant experience. We review 40 to 60 applications per opening and shortlist 8 to 10 candidates for a brief interview. A strong application with portfolio links moves faster through our review process.
What You Will Walk Away With
By the end of 3 months at CS Groups, you will have managed real brand accounts, published 60–90 pieces of content, contributed to at least 2 paid ad campaigns, and presented performance data to the team. You will receive a completion certificate, a LinkedIn recommendation from your direct supervisor, and a portfolio of live work you can show in any interview. Interns who complete the program and perform well are given first priority when full-time Social Media Executive roles open — historically, 2 out of every 5 interns have been offered a paid role within 90 days of finishing.
