About the role

Be the first personal contact for our leads — turn interest into real office visits. Relationship-first, no cold-sales targets.

CS Groups is looking for confident, well-spoken Sales Executives who act as the first point of personal contact between our leads and the company. This is a relationship-first role, not a numbers-driven sales role — you're not measured on closed sales, but on how effectively you turn interested leads into real, in-person office visits. Once a client walks into the office, you continue supporting the conversation through to conversion, working closely with the founding team.

Think of this role as the bridge between a cold or warm lead and a face-to-face business relationship. The stronger your follow-up, communication and persuasion, the more office visits — and eventually conversions — the company generates.

What you'll do

  • Connect with leads (calls, CRM follow-ups, WhatsApp/email) and build genuine interest in our services.
  • Convince and schedule leads to visit the office for a face-to-face meeting or demo — the core deliverable of the role.
  • Coordinate meeting timings with the internal team and ensure a smooth, welcoming client experience on arrival.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead and client records in the CRM and Google/Excel sheets, including call notes and visit status.
  • Handle online meetings for leads who can't visit in person, and keep nudging them towards an eventual office visit.
  • Negotiate and address client questions or concerns confidently, building trust for them to commit to a visit.
  • Stay engaged with clients after the office visit with regular, polite follow-ups until the lead is converted or closed.
  • Support branding by helping create short promotional videos/reels of the office and team (added advantage).
  • Share daily/weekly visit and pipeline reports with the reporting manager.

What we're looking for

  • Strong verbal and written communication — explain services clearly and confidently over calls and in person.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Good negotiation and convincing ability — comfortable turning hesitant leads into confirmed office visits.
  • Comfortable conducting and coordinating online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, Zoho Meeting).
  • Video/Reel creation skills for office promotion — the FIRST PRIORITY skill for this role.
  • Well-organized and self-driven — you manage a daily follow-up list without close supervision.
  • Presentable and professional — you're the first in-person impression of the company for many clients.

Key target — what success looks like

Primary KPI: the number of qualified client office visits scheduled and successfully completed each month.

There is NO individual sales/revenue target — you're not expected to close deals independently. Success is measured by consistency of lead follow-up, quality of leads converted into office visits, and professionalism during client interaction.

Secondary measure: how many office visits eventually convert into paying clients (tracked for incentives).

A day in this role

  • Review new and pending leads assigned in the CRM every morning.
  • Call, message or email leads to introduce CS Groups' services and gauge interest.
  • Pitch the office visit — explain what the client gains by meeting the team in person (demo, portfolio walkthrough, personalized discussion).
  • Handle objections professionally — timing, distance, trust — and negotiate a convenient visit slot.
  • Block the visit on the calendar and coordinate internally so the right team member is available.
  • For leads who genuinely can't visit, host an online meeting instead — while still working towards an in-person visit later.
  • Update every interaction and visit status in the CRM so the pipeline stays accurate.
  • Follow up after each office visit to keep the client engaged until a final decision.

Compensation structure

  • Fixed salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 / month (based on experience and interview performance).
  • Office-visit incentive: applicable — full details as per the Appointment Letter.
  • Conversion incentive: applicable — full details as per the Appointment Letter.

In short: a stable fixed income every month plus incentives for office visits and conversions. Exact incentive amounts, slabs and T&Cs are shared in the Appointment Letter at the time of offer.
