Drive measurable growth through paid campaigns and data-driven performance marketing strategies.
CS Groups is looking for a results-obsessed Performance Marketer who can turn ad spend into real business outcomes. If you live and breathe ROAS, CTR, and conversion funnels — this role is built for you.
You'll own paid campaigns across platforms, continuously optimise based on data, and work directly with leadership to scale what's working. No fluff, only results.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Track, analyse, and optimise campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
- Build and test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Pixel, and analytics tools
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align creatives with campaign goals
- Run A/B tests on ads, copy, and landing pages to improve performance
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing
- Proven track record of managing and optimising paid ad campaigns
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and analytics platforms
- Comfortable with data — can pull insights from dashboards and act on them
- Knowledge of SEO basics and how organic and paid strategies complement each other
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Key target — what success looks like
Within 3 months: Campaigns are profitable, ROAS is improving month-on-month, and you have a clear optimisation rhythm in place.
A day in this role
- Morning: Review campaign dashboards, flag underperforming ad sets
- Midday: Launch new creatives, adjust bids, coordinate with design for new assets
- Afternoon: Analyse funnel drop-offs, update reports, test new audiences
- End of day: Log learnings, plan next day's experiments
Compensation structure
