What You'll Do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance management
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure HR policy compliance and assist with grievance handling
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience (generalist or recruitment-focused)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Self-driven with strong organisational skills
• Knowledge of basic labour laws is a plus
