CS Groups is looking for energetic, self-driven Field Sales Executives who can identify potential clients, visit them at their business locations, and build trust face-to-face. Unlike an office-based sales role, your primary workspace is the field — you'll cover your assigned territory, meet decision-makers, pitch CS Groups' digital marketing and consultation services, and persuade them to take the next step — an office visit, a call with the founding team, or a direct conversion.
This is a relationship-first role. You're not chasing numbers; you're building a pipeline of warm, interested businesses who see genuine value in what CS Groups offers.
What you'll do
- Identify and visit potential clients (SMEs, local businesses, startups) within the assigned territory in and around Patna.
- Pitch CS Groups' services — digital marketing, website development, business consultation — in person at client locations.
- Convince interested leads to visit the CS Groups office for a detailed demo and discussion with the team.
- Maintain accurate, updated records of every visit, conversation, and follow-up in the CRM and Google/Excel sheets.
- Follow up consistently with prospects — by call, WhatsApp, or repeat visits — until a decision is made.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth handover once a lead agrees to an office visit or meeting.
- Share daily field reports, visit logs, and pipeline updates with the reporting manager.
- Stay informed about CS Groups' latest services to pitch accurately and confidently.
What we're looking for
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication — you can break the ice with a stranger and hold a meaningful business conversation.
- Comfortable with daily field travel across Patna — you enjoy being on the move rather than sitting at a desk all day.
- Basic CRM and spreadsheet skills for logging visits and tracking your pipeline.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented — you plan your own day, manage your own route, and stay consistent without close supervision.
- Presentable, professional, and punctual — you represent CS Groups in the field.
- Prior field sales or B2B sales experience is a strong advantage.
Key target — what success looks like
Primary KPI: number of qualified client field visits completed per week, and how many of those convert into office visits or active enquiries.
Success is measured by consistency of field activity, quality of leads identified, and ability to move a cold prospect to a warm meeting.
A day in this role
- Plan your visit route and confirm appointments or walk-in prospects for the day.
- Travel to your assigned territory and meet business owners, managers, or decision-makers in person.
- Pitch CS Groups' services clearly — leave a lasting, professional first impression.
- Handle objections on the spot — address concerns about cost, relevance, or timing.
- Log every visit in the CRM immediately — contact details, conversation summary, interest level, next step.
- Follow up with warm leads from previous days via call or WhatsApp.
- End of day: submit a field visit report and pipeline update to the reporting manager.
Compensation structure
- Fixed monthly salary — exact figure shared during the interview process.
- Field visit incentive: applicable — full details as per the Appointment Letter.
- Conversion incentive: applicable for leads that convert to paying clients — full details as per the Appointment Letter.
A stable fixed income every month, plus incentives for field visits and conversions. Exact salary, incentive amounts, slabs and T&Cs are shared in the Appointment Letter at the time of offer.
