In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, reach out to potential clients, pitch CS Groups services, and convert leads into long-term paying clients. This is a client-facing, target-driven position with strong earning potential through monthly performance incentives on top of your fixed salary.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in Patna and across Bihar
• Make outbound calls, send WhatsApp messages, and follow up with leads consistently
• Set up meetings, presentations, and demos with prospective clients
• Present and pitch CS Groups consulting and staffing services clearly and confidently
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring targets are met every month
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all leads and client interactions in our CRM
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Coordinate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Report daily and weekly progress on leads, conversions, and pipeline status to the BD Head

Who We Are Looking For

• 0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, field sales, or client relationship roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident, persuasive personality with a hunger to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to handle rejection gracefully and stay motivated in a sales environment
• Basic computer literacy — comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email
• Willingness to learn about CS Groups services and pitch them effectively
• Bachelor's degree (any stream) preferred — freshers with strong communication are welcome

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, on-site role. You will work from our office at Raja Bazar, Bailey Road, Patna, Bihar — Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Work from home is not available for this position as client coordination and team collaboration require in-person presence.
