What you'll do

Workflow Automation

Design and build automated workflows using n8n to connect Zoho apps, internal APIs, and third-party tools — reducing manual tasks across CS Groups' B2B consulting operations and helping the team save 10+ hours per week on repetitive processes.
Integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Cliq, Zoho People, and Zoho Projects into unified automation pipelines — ensuring data flows seamlessly between departments without manual data entry, duplicate records, or communication delays.
Build AI-powered automation triggers using Claude AI and OpenAI APIs — creating smart workflows that auto-classify leads, generate follow-up messages, summarize reports, and route tasks to the right team members based on real-time conditions.

Backend & Scripting

Write Python scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks — pulling data from Zoho APIs, processing it, and pushing results to dashboards, spreadsheets, or notification channels used by the CS Groups management team.
Develop and maintain webhook listeners, cron-based schedulers, and event-driven automation scripts — ensuring all automated systems run reliably 24/7 without manual intervention or monitoring overhead.
Debug and optimize existing automation workflows — identify bottlenecks, fix broken API connections, handle edge cases gracefully, and improve overall workflow reliability and performance across 20+ active client automations.

AI Integration

Integrate large language models (LLMs) into business workflows — use Claude, GPT-4, or Gemini APIs to automate content generation, data classification, sentiment analysis, and intelligent decision-making within n8n pipelines and Zoho automation rules.
Document all automation workflows, API integrations, and system architecture — create clear technical documentation that helps the CS Groups team understand, maintain, and extend the AI automation infrastructure you build during your internship in Patna.

Learning & Growth

Attend weekly team syncs, code reviews, and automation demos — present your work to the CS Groups leadership team, receive structured mentorship from senior developers, and get exposure to enterprise-level automation challenges that most interns never encounter until years into their careers.
Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools and automation platforms — research new n8n nodes, test AI APIs, and recommend improvements to CS Groups' existing automation stack. What we're looking for

Currently pursuing B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field (any year) — final year students and recent graduates are also welcome to apply for this AI automation internship in Patna.
Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures — you should be comfortable reading API documentation, making HTTP requests, and working with JSON payloads in automation tools like n8n or Postman.
Basic proficiency in Python programming — ability to write simple scripts for data processing, API calls, and automation tasks. Knowledge of libraries like requests, pandas, or boto3 is a plus but not required.
